This can be best seen at the Sunday Farmers Market, where growers from all over the region come together to share their bounties with the people of Sacramento. We have shopped here every Sunday since we moved to the area and we haven't been disappointed. Compared to other markets in California, the selection is unmatched and the quality is amongst the very best, especially for hard to find items.

TIP: Get here early (they open at 8am) for the best selection or later for even more competitive prices as vendors try to sell the last of their picks.

Our favorite vendor is M & L Campuzano Farms from Stockton, represented by the very kind Javiela - you'll find them under the blue tents on the North side of the market.
